Trak n Tell as a venture started with the now CEO experiencing misuse of his personal vehicle by a driver. He utilised his engineering knowledge to tailor a product that would revolutionise the market of car tracking and safety systems in India. Trak N Tell is now trusted by car owners across India, Nigeria, Kenya, Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Colombia, USA and Canada.

THE CHALLENGE

Before partnering with Digital Brahmans, Trak N Tell introduced IntelliPlay – an intelligent car infotainment system that provides vehicle safety along with in-car entertainment using its own in-built LTE SIM card.

 

With lack of product awareness in an extremely price sensitive market, IntelliPlay was introduced as an aspirational product at a premium price point not affordable for the masses.

 

With a disorganised offline market and inconsistent online sales, Trak N Tell wanted to cut through the noise and beat competitors who were largely importing such products for much cheaper rates.

THE STRATEGY

The strategy included e-commerce SEO, Youtube Video campaigns, Google Ads, and Social Media brand awareness campaigns to take a holistic approach to leverage the long-standing reputation Trak N Tell built over the years for its GPS tracking devices in India.

 

Video content development and optimisation also played a significant role in educating the market about the product fitment, functionality, and benefits as a reliable after-market product.

 

Keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, Youtube video optimisation, explainer videos, Google Ads and Social Media PPC campaigns all helped to drive traffic to the newly built e-commerce website.
